What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
How should I care for my stainless steel tumblers?
To ensure the longevity of the vacuum insulation and powder coating, we recommend hand washing our tumblers with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or placing them in the dishwasher.
