At KINTO, we stand behind the design and quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original KINTO packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
